Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Select your preferred return method, whether it is a prepaid shipping label for a flat fee or dropping it off for free at any General Pants retail location.
Pack and Post
Securely package your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the return label, and drop your parcel at any authorized postage point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
